About the Role
As an Academic Counselor at Cluster Classes, you will be the welcoming and trusted voice that parents and students meet when exploring our courses. You will provide honest, pressure-free course guidance, help students find the right batch timing, and coordinate seamless communication between teachers and families.
What You’ll Work On
- Handle walk-in visits and phone/WhatsApp inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about our Class 3–12th, NEET, and JEE Foundation programs.
- Coordinate the booking and feedback for our 2-Day Free Trial class sessions.
- Maintain batch attendance records and share weekly test scorecards with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students through batch selection based on their school syllabus and academic goals.
- Follow up empathetically with parents without using aggressive or misleading sales tactics.
- Manage student onboarding, enrollment documentation, and study kit distribution.
- Organize parent-teacher meeting schedules and manage the reception desk at the Shaheen Bagh centre.
Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Communications, or Humanities preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in student counseling, educational front-desk, or customer support.
- Warm, empathetic, and professional communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong organizational skills with basic proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working in schools, tuition centres, or coaching institutes in South Delhi.
- Knowledge of CBSE board timelines and entrance examination cycles (NEET, JEE, CUET).
