About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Chemistry teacher who can make organic mechanisms intuitive and physical chemistry numericals straightforward. You will teach senior secondary students at our Shaheen Bagh centre, preparing them for board excellence and medical entrance foundations.
What You’ll Work On
- Teach Physical, Inorganic, and Organic Chemistry for Class 11th and 12th CBSE/Board batches.
- Solve previous years’ NEET questions (PYQs) and board sample papers during class.
- Design reaction flowcharts, nomenclature practice worksheets, and conceptual mind-maps.
- Conduct daily post-lecture doubt clinics for students requiring individual guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver crisp, syllabus-oriented lectures covering NCERT line-by-line.
- Conduct regular lab-concept demonstrations and practical-oriented viva preparation.
- Evaluate student answer scripts with detailed annotations on where marks were lost.
- Maintain active coordination with physics and biology faculty for cohesive batch progress.
Requirements & Experience
- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc in Chemistry / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related field).
- 2+ years of teaching senior secondary students with demonstrated student success in board/entrance exams.
- Fluency in Hindi and English with clear whiteboard presentation style.
- Deep mastery over NCERT chemistry texts and NEET question patterns.
Nice to Have
- Experience authoring chemistry practice modules or test papers.
- Familiarity with visual molecular models and teaching aids.
