About the Role
We are looking for a thoughtful web developer who cares about simplicity, fast load times, and accessible user experiences. In this role, you will work directly on Cluster Classes’ website, learning resources section, batch schedules, and interactive doubt portal.
What You’ll Work On
- Develop modern, responsive web pages and components using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build student resource sections (study notes download, chapter-wise test portal, doubt inquiry forms).
- Optimize performance, web vitals, and mobile usability across low-bandwidth connections.
- Integrate seamless communication tools (WhatsApp API, notifications, and student dashboards).
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable JavaScript/React code with semantic HTML and accessible UI.
- Collaborate with the academic team to turn educational workflows into intuitive web interfaces.
- Ensure high security standards for student data, parent contact records, and course materials.
- Maintain fast server response times and zero-downtime deployments.
Requirements & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of professional web development experience with React and Next.js.
- Proficiency in modern CSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design for mobile screens.
- Experience creating REST APIs, serverless route handlers, and integrating backend databases.
- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), SEO best practices, and browser optimization.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience building EdTech platforms, LMS tools, or student portals.
- Familiarity with video lecture delivery or PDF viewer integrations.
