About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Physics educator who loves teaching from fundamental principles rather than rote shortcuts. In this role, you will take ownership of senior secondary physics batches at our Shaheen Bagh centre, mentoring students through board preparations, NEET numericals, and JEE Foundation problem solving.
What You’ll Work On
- Conduct interactive classroom lectures for Class 11th and 12th physics (CBSE/State boards).
- Lead specialized problem-solving batches for NEET UG and JEE Main aspirants.
- Conduct daily doubt-clearing sessions where students receive individualized attention.
- Review and refine chapter-wise practice problems (DPPs) and mock test series questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured lecture schedules aligned with NCERT and competitive exam syllabi.
- Break down complex physical phenomena into intuitive whiteboard derivations and real-world examples.
- Evaluate weekly student test answer sheets and provide actionable feedback on mistakes.
- Participate in periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss student academic growth and discipline.
- Collaborate with the academic director to maintain high teaching standards across batches.
Requirements & Experience
- Master’s degree (M.Sc / M.Tech / B.Tech or equivalent) in Physics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience teaching Physics to senior secondary students (Class 11–12th) or competitive batches.
- Deep conceptual clarity in Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (fluent in Hindi and English) to connect comfortably with students.
- Patience and empathy to support students of varying learning speeds.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience teaching in premier coaching institutes in Delhi NCR.
- Familiarity with digital whiteboards and hybrid lecture streaming tools.
- Published study notes or question bank compilation experience.
